Privacy
Your information, plainly
What the Anatolia Fest website collects, why, and what we do with it.
TODO: Legal name of the organization responsible for this website (Anatolia Fest or Kutuphane Cultural & Community Hub), and the date this policy takes effect.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms: the contact form, or the sponsor, vendor, volunteer and community partner forms. That is your name and contact details and the answers you choose to give. We do not ask for payment details, and the website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to organize the festival with you: reviewing vendor applications, contacting sponsors and partners, and scheduling volunteers. We do not sell your information or use it for anything else.
Where it is kept
When you send a form, your message is stored in a secure database and sent by email to the festival team. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check (Turnstile) on our forms; form emails are delivered through Resend. These services may process data outside Canada.
Videos from YouTube
Our video players load nothing from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Write to info@anatoliafest.ca and we will answer.
